Payment, delivery

PAYMENT IN CASH

The order can also be paid for in cash upon receipt of the order in our store and at our partners (courier service, package points).
In the case of home delivery, for packages ordered with cash on delivery (Delivery with GLS courier service - HUF 990), we charge HUF 275 gross as cash on delivery handling costs.

 

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

A bank transfer is an advance payment. When placing an order, we will send an electronic request for payment to the specified email address, which contains the necessary data for the transfer: bank account number, order ID, which we ask you to indicate in the notification column.

 

BANK CARD PAYMENT ON PERSONAL COLLECTION

We accept the following bank cards in our store: MasterCard and Visa Classic (embossed bank cards), Maestro and Visa Electron (non-embossed bank cards). Card payment is possible at most GLS and Pick Pack Points package points, but not at all points. Please inquire at the pick-up point before pick-up.

 

BANK CARD PAYMENT ONLINE

In case of online bank card payment, we accept the following bank cards: MasterCard and Visa Classic (embossed bank cards), Maestro and Visa Electron (non-embossed bank cards), American Express.

Acceptance of the order is only possible after successful payment. If the online payment was not successful, we will send an information email. In any case, please first check your payments to see if the payment was really unsuccessful. If you later change your mind and want to change the payment method, please let us know by replying to the email or change it in your account.

PAYMENT WITH BARION

Barion is an electronic payment processing service. You can use it to pay with a bank card in our online store.

To pay by bank card, it is not necessary to register the card in Barion's system, it is enough to enter the bank card number, the expiration date and the CVC code on the back, as well as a working email address (preferably the one with which the purchase was made). If we do not have a bank card, we can use the preloaded Barion balance (Barion wallet) for payment, which can be topped up by bank transfer or cash payment. Friends can also send money to this Barion Wallet. In this case, you only need to fill in the email address and password in the barion tray.

RECEIPT OF GOODS AT PICK PACK POINT PACKAGE POINT

We can deliver orders to the Pick Pack Point at a cost of HUF 1,290. Delivery time in Budapest is expected to be 1-2 working days, in all other cases 2-3 working days. We have the possibility to pay by card at several points, but before collecting, it is worth checking at the selected point whether it is possible there.

Order process:

After processing the order, our system sends automatic messages to the specified email address.

  • - In the first message, we send information about order processing and delivery, such as the order ID, the link to the Pick Pack Point tracking page, and the total amount.
  • - After that, if you requested an electronic invoice, we will send it separately by email. (If you requested a paper invoice, we will send it in the package, or we will also send a copy by email.)
  • - In addition to the Sprinter courier service, you can also request your package at the GLS parcel point. When placing the order, we can choose at which parcel point we would like to receive our shipment.
  • - On the day of delivery, the shipping company will also send an email containing the following: package number and expected arrival time at the package point and other status information.

HOME DELIVERY

The order placed in our online store can be picked up at your home, workplace, anywhere in the country within 24/48 hours of confirmation, if the order is registered in our system before 1:00 p.m. on working days, the ordered product is in stock in our central warehouse, and our administrator has confirmed your order by email. Packages are sent exclusively from the central warehouse. If the order is placed after 1:00 p.m. on Friday, the delivery can be made on Tuesday of the following week at the earliest, in case of positive inventory. The email confirmation is important due to the negotiation of delivery details, which can take place on working days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., if all selected parts are available.

For packages ordered with cash on delivery, we charge HUF +275 handling costs.

Process:

- In our first message, we send information about the processing and delivery of the order, such as the order ID, the link to the GLS tracking page, and the total amount.
- After that, if you requested an electronic invoice, we will send it separately by email. (If you requested the invoice on paper, we will send it in the package, or we will also send a copy by email.)
- The GLS courier service will send information about the delivery, which includes the package number, the expected arrival (narrowed down to a 3-hour time interval) and the courier phone number.
- If you also requested an additional service (SMS / Telephone), it will be provided by the GLS courier service.
- In the event that the time is not good, it is possible to consult with the courier by phone.

The indicated prices also include the cost of packaging and the second delivery (next working day) if the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful.

The delivery can only be made in Hungary, on working days between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at any time, so it is advisable to provide a delivery address where the recipient can be reached throughout the day. If the order is placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m., the delivery can be completed on Tuesday at the earliest - due to the package being picked up on Monday.

Orders are fulfilled in order of arrival, depending on processing capacity.

The weight values ​​represent the real, total measured weight.

Payment can be made in cash (upon receipt of the package), or by bank transfer, on the basis of an advance account, and with Barion online payment. In case of advance payment, we can send the package after receiving the amount.

Unfortunately, postal delivery is not possible!

In accordance with the new tax laws, from January 2013, the tax number must be indicated on the invoice in the case of a company, foundation or individual with a tax number. In the case of an order, please send the tax number in the comments, and in the case of a store purchase, give it to Colleagues.

Please let us know if you need a VAT invoice in advance, we are unable to issue it afterwards.
